So.. another great "clown action", nyc bike clowns, anonymous Connecticut mimes, and a polar bear riding a "liberated" Donna Karen orange bicycle took to the streets... (fake) ticketing cars in the bike lane, stenciling, customizing and improving faded bike lane markers, and generally spreading merriment....
